TASKS
- Implementation of a unified policy in the field of state supervision over the use and protection of atmospheric air in the country.
- Participation in the development and introduction of bills and other regulatory legal acts;
- Develop and submit annual, semi-annual, and quarterly work plans to the Chairman of the Committee for approval in accordance with the established procedure;
- Preparation and presentation of information and reports to the management of the Committee;
PERMITTING DOCUMENTS
The Department issues permit to economic entities whose activities are related to the discharge of pollutants into the atmospheric air in accordance with its Regulations and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing System".
STATE SUPERVISION
State supervision is exercised in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On environmental protection", "On the protection of atmospheric air", "On ensuring the environmental safety of vehicles" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection...
LICENSING SYSTEM
The permit is issued for economic entities to discharge harmful substances into the atmosphere in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the licensing system".
To obtain this permission, the applicant or his / her authorized persons must submit to the relevant authorities a signed application in the form established by the licensing authority, in person, by registered mail or by e-mail, containing the following information:
LICENSING
The Department through the Commission established by the Committee finalizes a license for the purchase, sale, use, waste and destruction of ozone-depleting substances and their products, as well as all activities related to the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment using ozone-depleting substances.
