Global Environmental Facility’s Constituency Meeting for Central Asia, Azerbaijan and Switzerland – 2023 will be held in Dushanbe         

                        

On May 18-20, 2023, in the city of Dushanbe of the Republic of Tajikistan, the delegations of the countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Switzerland will participate in the Global Environmental Facility’s Constituency Meeting.

The meeting will be held with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries and agencies of Central Asian countries and international organizations.

This event is organized with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by the Environmental Protection Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with the Global Environmental Facility.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issues of coordination of countries, expansion of relations and efforts of access to information, adoption of issues of management, such as procedures that countries should receive from the review of the implementation of projects of the Global Environmental Facility.

It should be noted that this event provides an opportunity to obtain information, opinions and exchange of experience of the regional members on the issues related to the agenda of the Council of the Global Environment Facility.
