Control operations for the extraction of general-purpose minerals in Khujand 

Employees of environmental protection bodies regularly conduct control operations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Environmental Protection" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Subsoil".

During the next operation, employees of the Department of Environmental Protection in the city of Khujand in the 3rd quarter for illegal extraction of generally accepted minerals in the amount of 1.5 m3, a resident of the Bobojon Gafurov district, Rahmonberdiev Mahkam, in accordance with article 238 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, drew up a protocol and imposed a fine for damage caused to nature.
