Discussion on the Implementation Progress of the Medium-Term Development Program at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade                   

                                          

On June 24 of this year, a meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Medium-Term Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021–2025 was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of various ministries and agencies, including the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the strategic goals of national development, as outlined in the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan up to 2030, were discussed. The participants evaluated the compliance of sectoral indicators with the program’s targets and reviewed the level of their achievement.

The representatives of the Committee for Environmental Protection emphasized the importance of effectively implementing measures in the fields of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, and climate change adaptation.

The meeting concluded with proposals and recommendations aimed at strengthening the mechanisms for program implementation and enhancing the coordination of development policies at all levels of governance.
