Lovers of the unique nature of our beloved Tajikistan,

The bright and blessed arrival of the International Navruz Holiday illuminates the sky and land of our sacred and sunny country in an atmosphere of unity and cohesion among our valiant people. This blessed day, having journeyed through millennia with our ancestors, has reached us as a symbol of national identity, continuously improving and evolving over time.

It is an honor for us that, thanks to the initiative and wise efforts of the worthy heir of our ancestors, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, Navruz was granted international status at the 64th session of the UN General Assembly within the framework of "World Civilization" on February 23, 2010. For 15 years now, this festival of nature's awakening has been celebrated in many countries worldwide.

At one of the events dedicated to the celebration of Navruz, our esteemed Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, stated:
"Navruz, with the arrival of which spring warmth begins, is called a festival of the greatness of nature and its rebirth. Indeed, Navruz is a time when the Earth moves into the Sun's orbit, day and night become equal, granting all humanity and living beings a renewal of spirit and inspiring them toward a bright future, prosperity, and creativity."

Thanks to State Independence, the noble traditions of our ancestors have gained even deeper significance today. The joy and merriment, songs and music, dances and celebrations during Navruz reflect gratitude, dreams, and good intentions for a fulfilling, prosperous, and happy life.

Navruz can be considered a triumph of justice over ignorance, light over darkness, warmth over cold, the beginning of all creative endeavors, and the realization of good intentions. It is precisely because of these high qualities and virtues that it has become well-known among our people and other nations.

I congratulate all employees in the field of environmental protection and lovers of the unique nature of our dear country on the occasion of the International Navruz Holiday. I sincerely wish you, above all, health, well-being, peace, abundance, happiness, and the fulfillment of all your noble dreams and desires.
