Solemn meeting dedicated to President's Day                   

                                          

On November 14 of this year, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the President's Day and the 32nd anniversary of the 16th historical session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the central office of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Rahmonzoda Loik, opened the ceremonial meeting with an opening speech and read out the congratulations of the Chairman of the Committee on the occasion of the President's Day and the historical session of the 16th Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan. The speeches of the participants of the meeting noted the achievements of the period of Independence, achieved under the tireless leadership and constant efforts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, the respected Emomali Rahmon, as well as the significance of these historical events in the modern history of the Tajik state, the fateful nature of the 16th historical session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Then, the leading researcher of the Educational Center "School of Statehood Emomali Rahmon" of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddinov Khomidkhon made a report on the topic "President's Day - a national holiday". Acting researcher of the Institute of Public Administration for political processes, diplomacy and globalization issues of this Academy Mavlonazarov Salmon made a presentation on the topic "Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon - the guarantor of peace of the Tajik people".

At fateful moments in the history of every nation, individuals appear who take responsibility for the future of the nation and save their country and people from disaster and destruction.

During the period of independence of Tajikistan, an important achievement that saved the people from division and disunity was undoubtedly the establishment of peace, stability, national unity, tranquility and progress in society - the foundations on which the future of future generations depends. These achievements are inextricably linked with the tireless and large-scale activities of the Leader of the Nation.

At this historical stage, under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation, sovereign Tajikistan has achieved unprecedented development and has become a symbol of the true history and civilization of the Tajik people in the form of a modern independent state.

The meeting noted that the Leader of the Nation makes a significant contribution to enhancing the international image of Tajikistan, its participation in solving global problems, such as the fight against threats of the modern world - terrorism, extremism, transnational organized crime, illegal arms and drug trafficking, cybercrime, as well as in providing the world's population with drinking water, adapting to climate change and eliminating its consequences, is of international importance.

The speeches of the meeting participants contributed to a deeper understanding by the young workers of the Committee of the historical roots that they did not witness, and the awareness of the reality that they live in a peaceful and prosperous country.
