Environmental actions in the Rudaki region                  

                  

The Department of Environmental Protection in the Rudaki district, in accordance with the order of the chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the decision of the chairman of the district on conducting environmental actions, rural in the jamoats of Choryakkoron and Guliston organized and carried out the “Cleanliness of the Coast” and “Cleanliness of the Area” campaigns with with the participation of more than 150 residents of jamoats.

During the event, with the help of special equipment, 10 cubic meters of garbage and weeds, as well as 2,250 meters of irrigation ditches, were cleared of debris and transported to the city landfill.

Also, the district environmental protection department in the rural jamoat Choryakkoron organized conversations and meetings with residents on issues of increasing environmental awareness of jamoat workers.
