Certification of public administrative employees of the Committee                   

                                          

From November 17 to 20, 2023, the certification of state administrative employees of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was carried out, according to the order of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated October 31, 2023, No. 114.

The purpose of this certification is to determine the compliance of civil servants with their positions and professional development in accordance with article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Civil Service”, the relevant paragraphs of the Regulation on the Procedure and conditions for certification of Public Administrative Employees, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 30, 2008, No. 468, as well as Article 24 of the Law Of the Republic of Tajikistan “On normative legal acts” and subparagraph 24 of paragraph 10 of the Regulations of the Committee, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated September 2, 2021, No. 357.
