Control raids on land use                 

                                          

During the regular control raids in B.Gafurovsky district, specialists of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the Sughd region found violations in the rural jamoat of Yova, in the village of Chamanzor, where citizen Alijonzoda V. placed chicken droppings in a truck for the purpose of drying it in front of settlements, which led to soil contamination and the appearance of an unpleasant odor. As a result, a protocol on an administrative offense under article 147 of the CAP was drawn up against the violator.

At the same time, in relation to a resident of this area, Temirov Ya.A. for violations committed when polluting water sources and land with pork manure in the village of Bogi bolo (Upper Garden) of the rural jamoat of Yova, an administrative offense protocol was drawn up, which was submitted for consideration to the prosecutor's office of Babajan Gafurovsky district.

A criminal case has been opened against the businessman under articles 226 and 228 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
