"Clean Air" operational raids in Khujand                

                                          

Based on the work plan to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, employees of the Environmental Monitoring and Information Department of the Main Directorate and the Department of Environmental Protection in the city of Khujand on the Khujand - B.Gafurov highway conducted operational raids "Clean Air". 

During the raids, 32 cars of various brands were subjected to analytical tests, and the amount of pollutants released into the atmosphere as a result of fuel combustion was determined. Regarding the drivers of 5 vehicles that violated the norms of state standards and excessively emitted pollutants (CO gas) into the atmosphere, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, which were sent to the traffic police of the city for taking measures.
