Rakhmonov, B. Dekhkanov, J. Sharipov, E. Tuichiev and E. Abdualiev, all residents of the Kanibadom district.

Violators of the law, without the permission of the environmental protection authorities, were engaged in fishing with fishing lines and aluminum boats, as a result of the inspection, it was found that more than 1,000 pieces of 6 species of fish were caught. This action is a violation of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Environmental Protection". According to the results of the raid, according to article 208 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under two articles.

The total cost of environmental damage, according to Annex No. 8 to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 31.12.2014, No. 790, is 100,000 somoni. In order to take the necessary measures, cases of administrative offenses with their materials were sent to the Department of Environmental Protection in the city of Kanibadam, and 1 material was sent to the Prosecutor's office of the Sughd region.
