Scientific and practical conference "The role of state independence in solving environmental protection problems"                   

                                          

In order to increase the level of environmental education and within the framework of the Action Plan for the implementation of the "Comprehensive State Program for the Development of Environmental Education and Education of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025", Dedicated to the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, a scientific and practical conference on the topic "The role of state independence in solving environmental protection problems" with the educational institution "Khujand State University named after Academician Bobodjon Gafurov" at the Faculty of Geoecology and Tourism was held in the Sughd region. The conference was attended by a representative of the University Administration, the dean and teachers of the faculty, students and a representative of the Main Department of Environmental Protection.

According to the conference program, the participants made presentations on the topics "Periods of improvement and development of environmental protection bodies in the Republic of Tajikistan", "Modern problems of environmental protection in the Republic of Tajikistan and their solutions" related to the periods of state independence.

At the end of the conference, the representative of the Main Department presented 4 Red Books of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Faculty of Geoecology and Tourism, the Department of Ecology and Nature Protection, the Department of Geoecology and Teaching Methods, the Department of Natural Geography, the Faculty of Geoecology and Tourism.
