The Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has established extensive cooperation with ministries, departments, organizations and institutions, executive bodies of State power, international and public organizations in the implementation of the State environmental policy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources and ensuring environmental safety of the population. Close cooperation has developed between the Committee's method and the country's industrial enterprises.

The Committee, as a body under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, annually checks the activities of industrial enterprises in accordance with the Plan of Coordinated Actions, in order to monitor compliance with existing environmental requirements, in case of identifying existing deficiencies, gives them mandatory written recommendations for their elimination.

In honor of the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, on September 8 of this year, the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, for achieving good results in the rational use of natural resources, Tajikistan continued cooperation with environmental protection authorities, Taking the necessary measures to ensure the environmental safety of the population, the Open Joint Stock Company “Tajik Aluminum Campaign” in the city of Tursunzade and the limited Liability Company “Metallurgical Campaign Anzob” of the Ainin district of Sughd region were awarded letters of appreciation from the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
