Control work in Zafarabad district                 

                                          

During the control measures by the specialists of the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Water Resources of the Main Directorate for the Zafarabad district, contamination of water sources with waste was revealed. This situation arose due to the failure to take the necessary measures and irresponsibility on the part of the head of the TM-1 channel of the State Department of Land Reclamation in the Zafarabad district.

In relation to the head of the TM-1 channel, a protocol on administrative offenses has been drawn up in accordance with article 177 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan and proposals have been made for their mandatory execution to eliminate deficiencies.
