Holding a meeting of eco-journalists on the topic "Monitoring the impact of business entities on the environment"                   

                             

According to the action plan of the Committee, a meeting of the club of environmental journalists of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was organized and held as part of the implementation of the "Comprehensive State Program for the Development of Environmental Education of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025" On July 30, 2023, a regular meeting of the club of environmental journalists was held in Green Wood House of Gisar city on the topic "Monitoring the impact of business entities on the environment."

Members of the club, representatives of the audiovisual media, print and Internet resources of the republic took an active part in this event.

The head of the Center for Environmental Information, Agitation and Programming of the Committee for Environmental Protection, Tilloi Gulrukhsor, opened the next session of environmental journalists and briefly explained the content of this session. At the same time, the club program and information booklets on this topic were distributed to the participants.

Then the head of the Center for Analytical and Diagnostic Control of the Committee, Sudurzoda Saidismon, gave detailed information to club members about related field activities, especially on the topic “Monitoring the impact of business entities on the environment”.

After a full and comprehensive explanation of the topic, a session of questions and answers was held, to which Sudurzoda S. gave specific answers to numerous questions from environmental journalists.

The club of eco-journalists of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is held once a month, its members get acquainted with the activities of each field body in order to encourage and promote environmental protection, increase the level of environmental education of the population, and provide accurate environmental information to the population.
