Action "Cleanliness of the area" in the city of Khujand

                                          

On the initiative of the department of environmental protection in the city of Khujand, in order to improve the environment and worthy of celebrating the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, an action “Cleanliness of the area” was held.

More than 50 workers of various professions took part in the action, various waste and weeds were removed using machinery from the Silk Road section of the 34th microdistrict to Syrdarya Street of the city. As a result, more than 100 m3 of waste was taken to the city dump.

According to the department of environmental protection of the city of Khujand, other settlements of the city are also planning to hold such subbotniks before the celebration of the 32nd State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
