Filed trip of the participants of the Constituency Meeting of the Global Environment Facility for Central Asia, Azerbaijan and Switzerland - 2023 to Khatlon region                   

                                          

On May 20, 2023, a field trip of the participants of the Constituency Meeting of the Global Environment Facility for Central Asia, Azerbaijan and Switzerland - 2023 took place in Muminabad district of Khatlon region.

During the visit, the participants visited an intensive garden in the Muminabad district of the Khatlon region, which was erected as part of the United Nations Development Program and the Global Environment Facility Project “Conservation and sustainable use of Pamir Alay and Tien Shan ecosystems for snow leopard protection and sustainable community livelihoods”.

It should be noted that Constituency Meeting was held from May 18 to 20 this year, and it was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and departments of Central Asian countries, Azerbaijan, Switzerland and international organizations.
