Fountains of Dushanbe                

                                                                

In order to provide conditions for residents to relax and reduce the heat of the air, 42 fountains operate on the territory of organizations and institutions, offices and cultural and entertainment parks of the city of Dushanbe, taking into account the scope of their activities. According to the Department of Improvement of the Office of the Mayor of Dushanbe, fountains in Dushanbe will start working on the days of the international holiday Navruz, and their working hours will be from 8:00 to 19:00, a break from 12:00 to 16:00.

It should be noted that since the city of Dushanbe, the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, is geographically located on the southern foothills of the Hissar ridge, the duration of sunny days in the capital is 251 days. In the spring and summer season, when the unbearable heat of the air covers the environment, citizens enjoy the freshness of fountains in their free time.

Remind you that in the years of independence, on behalf of the executive authorities of the city of Dushanbe, new fountains were built based on modern technologies, and some of the fountains are equipped with the latest equipment, which attracted more visitors and tourists.
