Control over the protection of fish resources during the spawning period in Hisor                                                           

The department of environmental protection in the city of Gissar, in order to fulfill the order of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the protection of fish resources during the spawning period of 2023”, over the past week in the city of Gissar, carried out urgent operations in the direction of protecting fish resources.

As a result, 4 residents of the Jamoat Orien of the city of Gissar were detained, who were engaged in the sale and purchase and seizure of natural resources (fish) without the permission of state bodies in the honesty of catching marinka. Appropriate administrative measures were taken against violators and protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up.

In accordance with the above order, the protection of fish resources is under constant control of local environmental authorities, in connection with this, explanatory work is being carried out with residents.
