Summing up the results of activities in January 2023

The Main Department of Environmental Protection of the city of Dushanbe held a final meeting of the works in January of this year.

The head of the Main Department of Environmental Protection of the city of Dushanbe noted that as a result of the activities of the State Environmental Control, Monitoring and Use of Nature of the Main Department and Environmental Protection Departments in the districts during the month of January showed that during this period, protocols were prepared for violation of the requirements of environmental legislation in respect of 196 people and identified in the districts of the city 5 violations.

As part of the instruction of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, 3 events were held in the districts of the city of Dushanbe, the banks of rivers and canals were cleared of waste, also 4715 ornamental seedlings were planted on the territory of the State Institution "Victory Park and Forestry" and more than 600 ornamental seedlings were planted on the territory of Luchob.

To popularize environmental education, awareness raising and environmental enlightenment of the population in the territory of 23, 24, 64, 65 residential districts of Firdavsi, with residents of Pushkin, Bokhtar and Shevchenko streets of Ismoili Somoni district, residents of Shohmansur, Dustii Khalkho, Khovaron of Shohmansur district and Zarafshon, Obodkoron, Ispechak districts of Sino district, conversations were held.

The Head of the Main Department of Environmental Protection of Dushanbe, in order to achieve results and timely eliminate problems, instructed the heads of environmental protection departments in the districts of I. Somoni, Sino, Firdavsi and Shohmansur to improve control and supervision work to quickly eliminate the identified problems, especially to ensure the cleanliness and prosperity of the districts, was aware of developments in the field and demanded solve problems in a timely manner. Heads of environmental protection departments of the districts Somoni, Sino, Firdavsi and Shohmansur were obliged to control the state and the regions, in order to urgently eliminate the identified problems, especially ensuring cleanliness and landscaping of the city to settlements.
