Based on the relevant resolution of the chairman of the city of Dushanbe “On approval of the Action Plan for planting seedlings and landscaping for the autumn season of 2022 and spring 2023”, 193,499 seedlings of decorative, shady, fruit, bush seedlings and 13,147,315 pieces of seasonal seedlings will be planted in Dushanbe perennial flowers and tulips.

On the territory of the boulevard, avenues, streets and parks of culture and recreation in the districts of the capital, 114,616 seedlings, 7,144,754 tulip flowers were planted to ensure the prosperity and splendor of streets, avenues and highways, of which 5,254,582 are tulips.

In addition, the leadership of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is planting 4,715 ornamental seedlings to contribute to ensuring the transformation of Dushanbe into a “Green City” on the territory of the State Institution “Victory Park and Forest Preservation”.

It should be noted that a total of 58,163 ornamental trees were planned on the territory of the Victory and Forest Preservation Park, and 48,552 seedlings have been planted by the responsible organizations and departments so far.

Also, the leadership of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decided to plant ornamental plants in the Obshoron area, on the hills of the Luchob and Guldara mahallas, and to contribute to the development of metropolitan areas.
