Prevention of pollution of Lake Sarez in the Murgob river basin                                              

The Department of Environmental Protection of the Murgab region, following the instructions of the Chairman of the Committee, in order to prevent pollution of Lake Sarez in the Murgab River basin, located in the Modiyon zone, installed a fence on a section of the river 40 meters long and 75 cm wide.

This initiative is planned to be carried out under favorable weather conditions and the opening of roads on the Bozordara River in the Murghab region. In the cold season, rivers glaciate in this area. In this regard, the completion of this work is possible only by the end of May 2023.

Taking into account the fact that the territory of coolies Sarez is a place to attract foreign tourists, this initiative is envisaged by the Committee for Environmental Protection in order to improve the environmental situation and protect environmental objects.
