Ecological campaign "Clean Air" in the city of Dushanbe   

                              

In order to prevent violations of legislation in the field of environmental protection and the implementation of measures to prevent environmental pollution, the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the city of Dushanbe, together with the Department of Ecology and Tourism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe to improve the atmosphere through environmental campaigns "Clean Air" prevented violations of legislation in this direction.

During the environmental campaign "Clean Air" it turned out that drivers do not pay attention to the current rules of environmental protection and pollute the streets when transporting goods.

According to official information, this year 14 protocols on administrative offenses for road pollution, 1466 protocols for exceeding the established standards for the content of exhaust gases of the internal combustion engine of motor vehicles, and 189 protocols for the transportation of bulk materials without concealment were drawn up in relation to vehicle drivers.

At the same time, during the inspection of cars by specialists, it was found that the toxicity of automobile fuel emissions (CO2) exceeds the permissible norm.

It should be noted that the Main Department of Environmental Protection in Dushanbe, together with the Department of Ecology and Tourism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, conducted an environmental campaign "Clean Air" 5 times this year to ensure the purity of atmospheric air in the capital, administrative measures were taken against the detected offenses.
