Biotechnical work in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region

                                                         

Based on the telefax of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Department of Environmental Protection of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, its departments and subdivisions in cities and districts of the region purchased 830 kg of grain for biotechnical work.

On January 16 of this year, specialists and volunteers carried out biotechnical work in places where birds congregate, and 400 kg of grain were scattered on the hills and foothills.

Due to the cold winter of this year, biotechnical work continues to protect flora and fauna.
