Prevention of illegal hunting of songbirds                    

According to the work plan, the inspectors of the departments of the Main Department of Environmental Protection of the Sughd region exercise state control in the areas of environmental protection in various regions of the region.

For this purpose, during control operations at the landfill in the city of Istiklol, 2 residents of the city of Khujand were detained, who were engaged in illegal hunting for songbirds, including finches.

Protocols were drawn up against them under article 208, part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
