Detection of illegal fishing                     

When inspectors of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the Sughd region conducted an inspection of the Guliston Fish Supply company, it turned out that the fisherman of this society Mamadjonov Murod, a resident of the rural jamoat Mahram of the city of Kanibadam, fished with small nets that did not meet the requirements, as a result caught 244 unmarked fish. Concerning the fisherman Mamadjonov M., materials were compiled, including damage caused to nature, an information conclusion and other documents, which were sent to the court of Kanibadam for taking measures in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.

At the same time, during round-the-clock control operations at the Tajik reservoir and its surroundings, 965 newly caught fish caught contrary to the established requirements were detected in the Mahram zone.

This act was carried out by a resident of the rural jamoat of Kuchkaki in the city of Kanibadam Huseynova M. M. in respect of which the necessary materials were compiled in accordance with the requirements of the current laws for submission to the relevant authorities for taking action.
