Action "Cleaning the beach" on the banks of the Sveridenskaya river

            

In order to fulfill the instructions of the head of the Environmental Protection Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Head of Environmental Protection in Dushanbe, in cooperation with the Ministry of Water Management of the Dushanbe State Government, organized the environmental campaign "Coastal Cleanup" on the banks of the Sveridenko River. type

The purpose of such an event is first of all to clean the canals and gutters of the localities and streets. The active participation of local residents in this initiative is a direct evidence of their interest in environmental cleanliness and raising the level of environmental culture of the city population.

The event was carried out in this flood area with the help of the special equipment of the Irrigation Department, and with its help, the bottom of the flood ground was also cleaned of solid household waste and mud.

It should be said that the bank of Sveredenko river starts from the intersection of Bukhara and Shevchenko streets and extends to the Kuibyshev plain. 481 tons of garbage, mud and clay were removed from this area.

In addition, on the day of the event, the inspectors of the Head Office held a conversation with residents of residential buildings on Bukhara and Shevchenko streets and students of TTMU No. 52 of Ismaili Somoni district on the implementation of the rules of public order, landscaping and sanitation in Dushanbe.
