"Clean Coast" and "Clean Area" in Iskandarkul and Haftkul                                                                                                                      

In order to improve the ecological situation and increase the level of environmental literacy of the population, the "Clean Coast" and "Clean Area" campaign was held on the lakes of Iskandarkul of Ayni district and Haftkul of Penjikent city on the initiative of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in Sughd region. During these actions, environmental authorities and residents of settlements took an active part in cleaning the shores of lakes from various wastes.

 This event was implemented in order to implement the action plan of the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" and helps attract tourists to these places.
