"Clean Air" campaign in Mastcho district                                                                                                        

On the basis of the work plan of the environmental protection authorities, in order to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmospheric air, employees of the Department of Environmental Monitoring, Analysis, Information and the environmental protection sector of the Mastcho district conducted campaigns "Clean Air" on the Khujand - Chanak highway.

During the operation, analytical testing of 32 units of vehicles of various brands was carried out, the amount of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air as a result of fuel combustion (diesel fuel, gasoline and liquefied gas) was determined.

Regarding the drivers of 6 vehicles that violated the norms of state standards and the release of excess pollutants (CO gas) into the atmosphere, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, which were sent to the traffic police of the district for taking measures.
