Installation of advertising banners in the Abdurahmon Jomi district                                                               

The responsible persons of the environmental protection sector in the Abdurahmon Jomi district of the Khatlon region have carried out significant work to fulfill the instructions of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the action plan of the Main Department for Environmental Protection in the Khatlon region, as well as for a worthy meeting of the 31st anniversary of the state independence of the country.

In particular, the employees of the institution take measures to regulate consumer waste at temporary waste collection points, as well as to prevent the placement of waste in unofficial places and constantly conduct conversations and meetings among the population, which contributes to raising environmental awareness of residents.

To this end, representatives of the environmental protection sector in the jamoats of Panjohsolagi, Kalinin, the villages of Obshoron and Vahdat, 2 banners with warnings about the prohibition of waste disposal were installed in designated areas.

Also, at the entrance and in the settlement of the city of this district, advertising slogans and banners about the preservation of the environment, flora and fauna, as well as slogans and banners about the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan are installed.
