“Clean Coast" and "Clean Terrain" promotions in the city of Tursunzade

As part of the Action Plan for the International Decade of Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" and activities to celebrate the 35th anniversary of State Independence, as well as to improve the environmental situation, clean water sources, banks and rivers in the city of Tursunzade held the "Clean Coast" and "Clean Terrain" actions.

The actions were held with the participation of more than 1000 representatives of enterprises and organizations, institutions, farms and local residents on the banks of the rivers Karatag, Shirkent and around the administrative and residential buildings.

As a result, 16 cubic meters of garbage were collected from the banks of the rivers and canals, around the streets and administrative buildings and taken to the out-of-town dump.
