Chairman Sheralizoda B.A. informed the Minister of the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, about declaring 2025 the year of glacier protection. In particular, during the discussion of cooperation in the field of the environment, the main directions of activity in the field of environmental protection were included. Separately, it was decided that the issue of cooperation in the field of solid waste disposal was being worked out.

In turn, Minister M. Kurum. To thank the CA Pavilion for the invitation to hold a bilateral meeting on cooperation in the field of environmental protection. Information was presented on the initiative of the First Lady of the Republic of Turkey, Ms. Emine Erdogan, aimed at reducing emissions of non-recyclable waste. The minister expressed confidence that there is great potential for cooperation in other areas as well.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, positions on all discussed issues were agreed.
