“Clean Coast” and “Clean Area” campaign in the City of Hissar

In order to clean up and improve the environment on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the initiative of the Department of Environmental Protection of Hissar, the “Clean Coast” and “Clean Area” were held in urban and rural settlements.

2 pieces of equipment were involved in the campaign, 800 activists took part, including representatives of the medical sector and residents of the Somon jamoat, 200 of whom cleaned 3 km of water sources and collected 1.9 m3 of waste.

As part of the “Clean Area” campaign with the participation of 580 residents, 9.9 km of roads and residential areas were cleared of all types of garbage, 6.5 m3 of garbage was collected and taken to the official city landfill.
