Dear nature lovers,

These days, all the glorious people of Tajikistan solemnly celebrate the greatest state holiday of our country, the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Independence has given the Tajik people a powerful force capable of ensuring peace and order, national harmony, the implementation of the ideas of humanism, political and legal culture, the basis of new statehood, the necessary conditions for the progressive development of the country's economic and social issues.

From the first days of his duties as President, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon directed all available opportunities to restore and form the foundations of a new state, ensure security, political and public stability, and the rule of law in society.

Now independent Tajikistan, as a full-fledged member of the world community and a number of international and regional organizations, makes a significant contribution to solving the existing problems of the time.

The accelerated development of the country's economy, the extensive implementation of creative works, the improvement of cities and villages throughout the country, especially in the period 2018-2021 in preparation for the worthy celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, thanks to which our cities and villages have acquired a modern look, and the life of the people has reached a new quality and content, are the result of State independence, the result of constant concerns and tireless activity of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

It is thanks to the State independence that the nature protection bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan have become one of the main and important state structures. During the 30 years of Independence, important changes have taken place in the structure of the state bodies for nature protection of Tajikistan.

Development of industry legislation, development and adoption of regulatory legal acts of the industry, strengthening of human resources, construction of new administrative buildings of departments, departments and sectors of environmental protection in a number of cities and districts of the republic, established activities of educational and methodological centers, laboratories, improving the level of technical – The Committee's communication capabilities, the systematic and organized conduct of environmental campaigns, the involvement of broad segments of the population to keep the environment clean, the preparation and secondary publication of the Red Book of the Republic of Tajikistan, the daily organized work on the implementation of state control of environmental protection strengthened the authority and significance of the Committee and created a favorable basis for its effective activities.

I am confident that the employees of the environmental protection authorities will continue to make every effort and use all available opportunities to keep the cities and villages of the republic clean, strengthen state control over environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, environmental safety of the population, increase the level of environmental education and culture so that our beloved Homeland becomes even cleaner and more beautiful.

Taking this opportunity, I congratulate all workers and veterans of the environmental protection industry, nature users, lovers of the unique nature of our fabulous country on the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, I wish them new success in life and work.
