In Shahrituz district corrected deficiencies in the placement of waste

The environmental protection sector of Shahritus district of Khatlon region has taken measures for the temporary waste disposal in the jamoat of Shahrituz village, which was broadcasted on August 18 this year on the First Channel of the Tajik television.

In order to eliminate existing deficiencies, at the initiative of the environmental sector of the district were involved 3 KAMAZ trucks and 2 heavy-duty vehicles, with which the temporary garbage dump in the center of Shahrituz district was cleared of trash.

The course of the event was filmed as a response to criticism by employees of the same TV channel. In the future, the environmental protection sector of Shahritus district will intensify its activities to prevent such shortcomings and timely removal of garbage from temporary dumps, and will use all opportunities to keep the area clean and orderly.
