Adaptation Fund Grant: Project №111538
1.Committee of Environment Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has received a Grant from the Adaptation Fund towards the implementation of the Project «An integrated landscape approach to enhancing the climate resilience of small-scale farmers and pastoralists in Tajikistan», and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for the supply of Office Equipment for the Project staff.
2.The Committee of Environment Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is acting as Project Implementing Agency here forth referred to as the “Purchaser”.
3.The “Purchaser” now invites sealed bids from preselected bidders for the purchase of Office Equipment:

4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Single Stage/Two Envelopes procedure and is open to the eligible Bidders from the countrу.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 17:00 (local time) on Monday, December 21,
Note: In case of full or partial lockdown and limited movement due to the pandemic, the bids should be submitted electronically, to the following email: nurkhon.nazarov@undp.org following the same aforementioned deadline.
6. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. The Technical & Financial Proposals will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 (local time) on Tuesday, December 22,
Note: In case of lockdown due to the pandemic the bid opening can be through Skype conference.

8.The “Purchaser” will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
