The Committee of Environment Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan through the Project «An integrated landscape approach to enhancing the climate resilience of small-scale farmers and pastoralists in Tajikistan» funded by the Adaptation Fund calls for unlimited individuals participation in the national tender of services’ procurement of below-stated positions:
- National Leading Expert to conduct a gap analysis on existing risk information in the Kofirnighan River Basin (Work quota: Full time)
- National Experts to assist the leading expert in conduction of a gap analysis on existing risk information in the Kofirnighan River Basin Leading Expert Assistant (Work quota: Full & part-time)
- Local Consultant to provide support to international consultant in the development of training technical modules and analysis for the automatic weather stations to be installed in KRB (Work quota: Part-time)
- Local Consultant for studying options on the establishment of SMS alert service (Work quota: Full time)
- Two Local Consultants for support in preparation and conduction of the catchment management trainings for government and academic staff (Work quota: 1-Full time; 1-Part time)
- National Consultants Environmental Economist to prepare analysis and recommendations on the review of existing mechanisms on catchment management at the raion and jamoat level (Work quota: Part-time)
- National Consultants Environmental Policy Expert to prepare analysis and recommendations on the review of existing mechanisms on catchment management at the raion and jamoat level (Work quota: Part-time)
- National Consultant Environmental Economist for conduction of feasibility study of Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) to identify particular ecosystem services (Work quota: Full time)
- National Experts to conduct mapping of the natural resource management conditions at the watershed level through consultations and meetings with the local community (Work quota: Full time)

Deadline for submission of applications: 17:00 (Dushanbe local time) Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Important Notes:2. The proposal validity period is 30 days from the deadline date for the receipt of submissions. During this period, the Consultant shall maintain its original Proposal without any change.
3. The selection will be made from the Proposals received in response to this notification only, on the basis of the submission requirements and selection criteria set out in this Procurement Notice. The highest-ranked Consultant will be selected and invited to negotiate the contract, subject to availability of funding.
4. Any updates of and clarifications on this procurement notice shall be announced as updates on this notice, without any other notification. In the event of changes, consultants will need to download the updated versions. Consultants are required to periodically check the notice for updates. Failure to take the updates into account while preparing the Proposal may result in disqualification or penalties to the scores in the evaluation.
